Brandon develops turnkey projects which create healthy environments to improve both human and mechanical effectiveness. He uses his architectural background to develop contemporary and aesthetically pleasing surroundings that invigorate those within the space. Brandon’s strength is working with consultants and leading the development team to create results that fit within the Performance Contracting model.

Brandon enjoys working closely with stakeholders from the schematic phase through installation. Utilizing expertise from working with multiple design firms and construction companies, Brandon provides clients with the most efficient options to complement their infrastructure plans. Clients can prioritize their needs and determine the appropriate financial solution for their building. Brandon’s capacity to keep consultants on task and within budget enables him to swiftly deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
